House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Smoking is not permitted. A crib is not provided. Reservations require approval before confirmation. One dog weighing 25 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $150.00 per booking. Dogs over 25 lbs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval; inquire in advance. The additional-fees schedule specifies $150 per dog per booking. Utility fees are included in the total rental amount, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs over $135.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Events of any size, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during the same stay require prior written host approval. Additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection; coverage details are in the booking agreement. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule showings during reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

The home is south of the highway, a short distance from the beach and close to town restaurants, shopping and golf. It is not suitable for unrelated guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
