The house

The approximately 2,500-square-foot home has an open-plan living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, with access from the kitchen to the back patio. Indoor facilities include a children's game room, gym, finished lower-level media area, office, heating and a usable wood-burning fireplace.

Two main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed; upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and balcony/deck, and another has a queen bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, and bedrooms 2 and 3 have TVs. Three full bathrooms include a main-floor shower bathroom, a lower-level shower bathroom and an upstairs bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The fenced backyard includes an uncovered patio with outdoor dining furniture, an umbrella and multiple seating areas, four lounge chairs, a gas barbecue and gas fire pit. There is a private outdoor heated freshwater pool with fencing, a freestanding hot tub, sauna, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, swing set and pool toys. Four beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available.

The home is a short distance from the beach and close to restaurants, shopping and golf. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
