The house

The house has an open floor plan with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and skylights. The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge and Nespresso machine, with a four-person dining table beside sliding doors to the backyard.

Both bedrooms are on the first/main floor, each with a queen bed and air conditioning; the first bedroom also has a closet. The full bathroom is on the same floor and has a shower/tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. A washer, dryer, heating, Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly workspace are available.

The gym has a Peloton stationary bike, weight-training equipment and a yoga mat; there is also a sauna. The private backyard has trees, gardens and a yard fence. An uncovered deck has an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a four-person dining table, patio furniture and an outdoor couch. Two lounge chairs sit beside the stone-surrounded in-ground pool.

Meschutt Beach and Ponquogue Beach are a short drive away. Southampton is 10–15 minutes away by car. The driveway accommodates four cars. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
