House rules
Monthly rental with exclusive use for a full 30-day period; the full monthly charge applies regardless of nights stayed. Minimum stay requirements may apply. Standard occupancy is eight; maximum occupancy is ten with additional guest fees. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Online bookings require manager or owner approval. Included electricity usage is limited to 350 dollars; excess usage incurs additional charges. A 500-dollar Electric Security Deposit is required and is refunded after checkout if electricity use stays within the allowance and no additional charges apply. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
Public beach access is a 5–7 minute walk away. Neighborhood beach access is restricted to stays of six months or longer; other guests use the public access point. A car is recommended. Nico’s restaurant, local shops and cafés are within walking distance. Kailua Town, Waimanalo Beach, Makapu’u Lighthouse and Pillbox trails are a short drive away.
