House rules
Monthly rentals only. The home is exclusively available to your party throughout the rental period. A mandatory flat utility fee of $1,000 per month applies to all bookings of 30 days or longer.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Coastline walks are nearby along Maunalua Bay. Hanauma Bay, Koko Crater, Makapuu Point and Waimanalo Beach are within a 15-minute drive; Waikiki is a 20-minute drive away.
