The house

The great room has high ceilings, wide glass doors and seating, with an adjacent dining area and media lounge opening toward the lanai. The equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, an island with bar seating, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and wine fridge.

Outside, a private oceanfront pool, covered dining, shaded seating, tropical landscaping and a manicured lawn overlook the ocean toward Diamond Head. Beach towels, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and an insulated cooler bag are provided.

All five bedrooms have split air conditioning, ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms and lanai or balcony access. The primary bedroom has ocean views and an ensuite with dual vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have garden views; Guest Bedroom 2 has an ensuite walk-in shower. There are two additional full guest bathrooms.

The home includes central and split air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and free secure parking for multiple vehicles. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras. Self check-in and check-out are available.

The home is available exclusively to one party for monthly rentals only. A mandatory flat utility fee of $1,000 per month applies to bookings of 30 days or longer.
