The property is offered as a monthly rental on a non-prorated 30-day rental basis; full-month occupancy is not required. Standard occupancy is six guests, with a maximum of eight; extra guest fees apply. Electricity is included up to $300 per stay. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available, with 24-hour check-in.
Getting there
Lanikai Beach and the Pillbox Trail are a short walk away. Downtown Kailua is a quick drive away; Honolulu International Airport is 28 minutes away. A car is recommended. The hillside setting includes stairs and a steep driveway, with additional level parking below.
