House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condo. Vehicles must not exceed 19 ft long × 7 ft wide × 7 ft tall. Oversized vehicles, trailers, boats and commercial vehicles are not permitted and may be towed. Visitor and guest parking spaces are not available to vacation rental guests; additional parking must be arranged off-site. Guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging because the property has no EV-charging capability.
Getting there
Interior stairs connect the two levels. A short walk down the path from the lanai leads to a small man-made sandy area and direct ocean access off the lava rock; waves break on the rocks below the lanai. Restaurants along Ali‘i Drive, tidepools and a shoreline path are within walking distance. Downtown Kailua-Kona and Kona International Airport are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to one assigned space, with additional parking arranged off-site.
