The house

Hale Kai O'Kona #7 offers 2,415 square feet across two levels, with three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Refreshed interiors include upgraded flooring, fresh paint, new furnishings, modern appliances and sliding glass doors with screens. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the home.

The covered oceanfront lanai has ceiling fans and a dining table, with a smaller outdoor table under the palms. A short path leads to a small man-made sandy lounging area at the water's edge and direct ocean access off the lava rock. Waves break on the rocks below the lanai and can be heard from it. There is no pool, gym or tennis court.

The living room has a sectional and smart TV, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto the lanai. The indoor dining table seats six, and the kitchen has a two-stool breakfast bar, stainless appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and wine fridge. Kitchen equipment includes dishes and utensils, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender, food processor, rice cooker and crockpot. A BBQ grill is available.

The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower, smart TV, desk and private covered ocean-view lanai with lounge chairs. Two upstairs queen bedrooms share the guest full bathroom. The downstairs king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All four bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

A laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer. Wi-Fi and an ethernet connection are available. Beach towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer and iron are provided, and a Pack 'n Play is available. The condo has a private entrance and smart-lock self check-in and check-out. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting. Children are welcome.

Restaurants along Ali‘i Drive, tidepools and a shoreline path are within walking distance. Downtown Kailua-Kona's shops and dining, snorkel and dive sites, golf courses, hiking trails and Kona International Airport are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
