House rules
Monthly rental based on a 30-day rental period. Standard occupancy is 10 guests, with a maximum of 12 subject to extra guest fees. Maximum included electricity charge: $350. Children are welcome. A minimum-age restriction applies. Exclusive occupancy applies; no other occupants will be on site during the stay.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Public ocean access for kayaking, stand-up paddling and fishing is within walking distance. Hanauma Bay, Koko Head Stairs, China Wall lookout and Koko Marina are a short drive away. Kailua and Lanikai beaches are within reach to the east, and Waikīkī is to the west. The garage and attached studio are excluded from the rental.
