The house

The home has an open-concept living area with sofas and a flat-screen TV, a den with a reading nook, and sliding doors opening to the pool deck. Dining areas are available indoors and on the covered lanais. The equipped kitchen includes a large island, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and ice maker.

The landscaped private yard includes a solar-heated saltwater pool, covered dining and lounge areas, BBQ, outdoor shower and lawn. Beach gear, coolers and umbrellas are available. Other facilities include a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, linens, a hair dryer and an iron.

The primary bedroom has a garden view, a spa shower and tub, private sauna and direct lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom also accessible from the hall, with an attached half bath separated by a pocket door. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 5 have ensuite bathrooms. All five bedrooms have ceiling fans; split air conditioning serves the primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2, 3 and 5. Guest Bedroom 4 has no air conditioning or formal closet, and bathrooms are not air-conditioned.

A private entrance and smart lock support self check-in. Exclusive occupancy applies, with no other occupants on site during the stay. The garage and its attached studio are excluded from the rental.
