House rules
Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00. Noise must not disturb neighbors. Guest vehicles must park in designated onsite areas. Commercial use and smoking are not allowed. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.
Getting there
Magic Sands Beach is a short stroll away. Ali‘i Drive cafés, shops and ocean overlooks are within walking distance. A car is recommended. The home has two stories, with lanais upstairs and downstairs. Air conditioning is limited to bedrooms and operates on four-hour timers. Electric vehicle charging is unavailable.
