House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is four. The lead guest named on the booking must be at least 25 years old, and the reservation holder must remain present throughout the stay. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Palm Springs requires all guests' full names and all vehicle license plate numbers before arrival. Up to two dogs are permitted with an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, plus tax. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, and extensions of existing stays require coordination with the Guest Experience team.
Getting there
Driveway parking is limited to two vehicles. Baristo Park, the Palm Springs Art Museum, and the Palm Springs Desert Museum are less than two miles away.
