The house

Garden grounds and a gate lead to a single-story home with tongue-and-groove woodwork, terracotta floors, and mid-century-inspired furnishings. The living room has a gas fireplace, wall-mounted TV, sofa, and two armchairs; an adjoining sunroom provides additional seating overlooking the patio and garden.

The white galley kitchen includes Samsung appliances, counter space, and a Bosch dishwasher. A dining table seats four, and the patio has a natural-gas grill and outdoor seating. The private oval heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers and seating, with a private hot tub also available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and uses a shared bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have doors to the backyard and pool. A washer and dryer, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and driveway parking for two vehicles are available. Starter kitchen, laundry, and bath essentials are provided.

The home is near downtown Palm Springs and less than two miles from Baristo Park, the Palm Springs Art Museum, and the Palm Springs Desert Museum. Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional non-refundable fee.
