House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 175€ per stay; the published date range is partially obscured. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the house tidy; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
