The house has spacious terraces, a garden, sun loungers and an outdoor table with sea views. It is in a village setting with direct neighbours.
The living-dining room has satellite television, CD and DVD players and books. The separate kitchen includes an oven, gas cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with towels and a hair dryer. One bathroom with a bathtub is on the living-area floor.
The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with access to the outside: two have one double bed each and the third has two single beds. A second bathroom with a bathtub is on this floor. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.
Arenal de Sa Ràpita beach is 1.3 km away, and Es Trenc beach is nearby. Palma de Mallorca is about 40 minutes away by car. The house has recycling facilities, water-efficient bathroom fixtures and energy-efficient LED bulbs.
