Document registration and online check-in are mandatory before access instructions are released. Instructions for registration and payment of the mandatory Rome tourist tax of €6.00 per person per night are sent seven days before arrival. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74 and DM 383 of 6/10/2022): average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C in summer or above 19°C in winter. For Rome climate zone D, heating is permitted for 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
Two steps at the entrance; the apartment is on the fourth floor with lift access and is not suitable for disabled guests. Valle Aurelia metro station is a five-minute walk away; St Peter’s Square is a 15-minute walk away. Free street parking depends on finding a space, with paid garages nearby.
