The house

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a six-floor building with a lift. There are two steps at the entrance, and the accommodation is not suitable for disabled guests.

The living area has a sofa, TV and air-conditioning unit. Its kitchenette includes four induction rings, a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, small electric oven, toaster, wine glasses and cooking utensils. Both bedrooms have a 1.60 × 1.90 m double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a desk, wardrobe and air-conditioning unit. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 opens onto a balcony with a table and two chairs. Both bathrooms have a shower enclosure, bidet, toilet, basin and hairdryer; the first also contains a washing machine.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, bed linen, essentials, an iron, ironing board and drying rack are available. Heating is communal with thermostatic valves.

Valle Aurelia metro station is a five-minute walk away, with the Roma–Viterbo railway station also nearby. Termini is connected by buses 40 and 46 or metro line A. Bus 46 stops in front of the building and serves Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum. St Peter’s Square is a 15-minute walk away. The historic centre, Trastevere, Prati and Testaccio are accessible from the neighbourhood.

Self check-in requires document registration and completion of online check-in before access instructions are released. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Customer care is available only until 23:30. A Rome tourist tax of €6.00 per person per night is payable.
