Complete mandatory guest registration to receive access instructions. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in is automated, with remote assistance available until 23:30. Check-in is between 15:00 and 23:00; checkout is at 10:00. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to other bookings and can only be confirmed the day before arrival. Follow the waste-disposal instructions provided at check-in; incorrect disposal incurs a € 150 penalty. Heating and air conditioning must comply with Italian regulations: average summer air temperature must not be below 26°C, and the weighted average winter air temperature must not exceed 19°C. For Catania climate zone B, heating operation is limited to seven hours daily from 8 December to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.

Getting there

The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, and the kitchen area has an entry step. Villa Bellini is a short walk away; Via Etnea is 10 minutes away on foot. From the airport, take Alibus to Catania Central Station, then bus 534 to stop "81", about three minutes away on foot. Bus 534 also connects directly from the Central Station. No parking space is included; paid street parking is not guaranteed, and Parcheggio Bellini is about 12 minutes away on foot.
