The house

The entire apartment is exclusively for guests, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. It is on the second floor without an elevator, with an additional step into the kitchen area.

The kitchen has a gas hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking utensils, wine glasses and a dining table. The living room has a sofa, TV, split air conditioning and terrace access. Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, split air conditioning and terrace access; the first bedroom also has a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine. The terrace has small tables and chairs.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, hot water, bed linen, towels, a drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Split units in the living room and both bedrooms provide heating and cooling. A washer/dryer is also included in the published amenity inventory.

Villa Bellini is a short walk away and Via Etnea is 10 minutes away on foot. Nearby places to explore include the Pescheria market, Roman Theatre and Benedictine Monastery. Shops, cafés, restaurants and art galleries are in the surrounding area.

Check-in uses automated access. Registration must be completed before access instructions can be received. Early arrival and late departure depend on other bookings and can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
