House rules
The living-area bench is not a bed. The photographed parasol cannot be used. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes at an additional charge. Instructions for guest-document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of Martina Franca tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Late arrivals must be arranged with the property. Published late-arrival supplements are € 25,00, € 30,00 and € 40,00; check-in from 01:00 to 01:30 carries a € 40,00 supplement. Self check-in using a keybox is available on request. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C in summer or above 19°C in winter; the stated heating allowance for Martina Franca, climate zone D, is 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Under the non-refundable rate, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund. Under the standard rate, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund of the amount paid.
Getting there
There is a low step at the entrance to the ground-floor apartment. The property is adjacent to a fast-moving road. Central Martina Franca is five minutes away by car. The apartment can be reached by car and has parking inside the garden. Bari airport is 85 km away, Brindisi airport 70 km and Martina Franca station 9 km.
