The house

The apartment occupies the ground floor of a complex of trulli and has a private entrance with a low entrance step. The bedroom has one double bed, a clothes rail with hangers in an alcove and split air conditioning. Its en-suite bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower enclosure. The living area has a dining table and an upholstered bench; the bench is not a bed.

The kitchenette includes two separate induction plates, a mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, moka pot, kettle, microwave, dishes and cutlery. The garden has a covered patio, table and chairs, barbecue, resin hot tub, outdoor shower and sun loungers. The parasol shown in the photos cannot be used.

An uncovered parking space inside the gate is included. Other facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system heating, a drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hot water. Bed linen and towels are included; optional changes cost extra. There is no television. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The apartment is five minutes by car from central Martina Franca, with bars, a pharmacy and a supermarket. It is adjacent to a fast-moving road. Bari airport is 85 km away, Brindisi airport is 70 km away and Martina Franca station is 9 km away.
