Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the municipal tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Guest registration is required for Italian police reporting. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperature must not exceed 19°C. Trapani is in climate zone B, with heating limited to seven hours daily from 8 December to 23 March. Late arrival charges are payable in cash on arrival. Check-in after 01:30 is not possible, even for a fee. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator. It is in a restricted-traffic zone (ZTL) and cannot be reached by car. Main services are nearby. Trapani railway station is a seven-minute walk away. Trapani-Birgi Airport is 17 km away, a twenty-five-minute drive; Palermo Airport is 89 km away, a one-hour drive.
