The house

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

The kitchen has an induction hob, refrigerator, moka pot, capsule coffee machine, oven, toaster, wine glasses and cooking utensils. There is a small dining room with a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa. Two double bedrooms each have a desk, wardrobe, television and balcony access. An additional sleeping room has a desk and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower enclosure, basin and toilet.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, bedroom air conditioning with heat pumps, a washing machine in the kitchen, iron and ironing board, drying rack, soundproof windows and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, hot water, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

The historic center is 300 m away. Trapani Port is 400 m away, a five-minute walk, with ferries and hydrofoils serving the Egadi Islands, Pantelleria, Tunisia and Sardinia. San Lorenzo Cathedral is a seven-minute walk, Mura di Tramontana nine minutes, Torre Ligny twenty minutes and Castello della Colombaia twenty-five minutes. Le Saline is 4 km away, a seven-minute drive; Erice is 16 km away, a thirty-minute drive; San Vito Lo Capo is 39 km away, a fifty-minute drive.
