Document registration and online check-in must be completed before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival, and guest details are submitted through Italy's Alloggiati Web procedure. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional paid changes. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian temperature and seasonal operating limits. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

Third-floor accommodation with an elevator requiring a 10-cent payment per use. The entrance is shared with the neighbouring accommodation, with a security camera outside the entrance in the common area. Napoli Centrale and the Garibaldi Alibus stop are each a 10-minute walk away. The property is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and can be reached by car. Paid street parking and a garage 200 m away are available.
