The house

The studio occupies the third floor of a building with an elevator that requires a 10-cent payment to use. Its entrance is shared with the neighbouring accommodation, and a security camera monitors the common area outside the entrance.

The open-plan interior includes a sleeping area with a double bed and open wardrobe, and a living area with a dining table, split air conditioning, and a 42-inch smart TV with Netflix and Fire Stick; there is no TV antenna. The kitchenette has an induction hob, mini refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, cookware, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower enclosure.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system heating, a drying rack, iron, ironing board and hair dryer are available. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The property is on a residential street near Centro Direzionale, metro lines 1 and 2, Circumvesuviana services and regional trains to Salerno. Napoli Centrale is a 10-minute walk away. Airport access is available via the Alibus shuttle to Garibaldi, followed by a 10-minute walk.
