Document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the tourist tax are mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Air conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulation DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74: average indoor air temperature must not fall below 26°C in summer, and the weighted average must not exceed 20°C in winter. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.

Getting there

The apartment is on the fifth floor with a lift and is not suitable for guests with disabilities. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure. Stairs lead to the shared rooftop terrace; the reserved guest area has no dividers. Parking is a five-minute walk away. Vernazzola Beach is five minutes by car or 12 minutes by public transport. Genova Sturla station is an 11-minute walk away, or approximately five minutes by bus 42 to Sturla 3/MARRAS, 180 metres from the apartment. From Genova Principe station, take bus 35 to Piazza Dante/Fieschi and then bus 42 to Sturla 3/MARRAS, approximately 40 minutes in total. Genoa Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car (14 km), or 70 minutes by public transport using bus AIR to Cibrario/Sestri Fs Aeroporto, a regional train to Sturla and an 11-minute walk.
