The house

The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and is not suitable for guests with disabilities. It has a living room with a dining table, double sofa bed and flat-screen TV; a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe; and a bathroom with a raised shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

The kitchen has a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, moka pot and cooking utensils. There are two balconies and a shared rooftop terrace with a reserved area containing a small table and chairs. The reserved area has no dividers, and stairs lead to the rooftop terrace.

Air conditioning is available only in the bedroom. Other facilities include a fan, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and hot water. A fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector are provided. There is no Wi-Fi. Free allocated parking is in an uncovered guarded car park a five-minute walk away.

Sturla has supermarkets, bars, bakeries and seafood restaurants, with rail and bus connections to central Genoa and the old port. Vernazzola Beach is five minutes away by car or 12 minutes by public transport. Check-in is self-service; document registration and payment of the tourist tax are mandatory before access instructions can be received.
