Complete mandatory Guest Portal document registration to receive access instructions. Registration and tourist-tax payment instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Self check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; assistance is available until 23:00. Use your own account for Netflix. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C; the published Climate Zone E heating schedule is up to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. For the non-refundable booking option, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund. For the standard option, cancellation is free up to seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
Stairs are required to reach the first-floor apartment; there is no lift. Outdoor space is shared. Parking around the property is not guaranteed. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring Umbria, but public transport is available. Spoleto railway station is 600 metres away, within a short walk. Umbria Airport is approximately 56 km or 40 minutes away by car. The alternative airport route takes approximately 80 minutes using bus AIRLK2 to Assisi station and then a train to Spoleto. From Terni station, the train journey to Spoleto takes approximately 30 minutes.
