The house

The first-floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and two balconies. The living room includes a sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen smart TV and a PlayStation 4. Netflix is available through the TV app using your own account. Each bedroom has one double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet. One balcony has a small table and chairs. The outdoor space is shared and bicycles can be parked there.

The kitchen has a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, moka pot, coffee machine and cooking utensils. Other facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, a fan, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, hot water, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. There is no air conditioning.

Shops, supermarkets and bars are nearby. Spoleto railway station is 600 metres away and within a short walk. The historic centre is approximately 20 minutes away, with public buses serving the area. Spoleto Cathedral and the Roman Theatre are each about 25 minutes away by public transport, Ponte delle Torri about 35 minutes and Castello di Morgnano about 44 minutes.

Check-in is self-service between 15:00 and 21:00, with assistance available until 23:00. Guest Portal registration is mandatory before receiving access instructions. Instructions for document registration and tourist-tax payment are sent seven days before arrival.
