House rules
Self check-in is used. Guest registration details and documents must be submitted through the Guest Portal to receive arrival instructions; registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Incorrect waste disposal incurs a € 150 penalty; disposal instructions are provided at check-in. Air-conditioning and heating use must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The stated climate-zone B heating schedule permits seven hours daily from 8 December to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation up to seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The beach is a one-minute walk away, with direct access via a road beside the building. A car is recommended for reaching and exploring the area. Street parking is not guaranteed and no parking space is included. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift, and the bathroom has a step.
