The house

The entire apartment is for guests’ exclusive use, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. The living room has a double sofa bed, TV and access to the first balcony. Its kitchenette includes a gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils; an oven is also available. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, a split air-conditioning/heating unit and access to the second balcony.

The bathroom contains a shower, washing machine, basin, bidet and toilet. Other facilities include wireless internet, hot water, bed linen, a drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift, and there is a step in the bathroom. A road beside the building provides direct access to the beach, one minute away on foot. A car is recommended for reaching and exploring the area. Street parking is available but not guaranteed; no parking space is included. Catania Airport is 48.4 km away, Catania station 33.6 km away and Taormina 27 km away.

Self check-in requires completion of guest registration. Check-in is between 15:00 and 23:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
