Follow the waste-sorting and disposal times and locations explained at check-in; incorrect disposal incurs a penalty. Seven days before arrival, instructions are sent for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the mandatory tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian operating and temperature regulations. Check-in after 01:30 is not permitted. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The sea and beaches are 500 m away; Ciriga Beach is nearby. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring the area. The apartment spans the ground and first floors, and there is no elevator. Electricity supply is limited to 3 kW; take care when using several appliances simultaneously.
