The house

The apartment occupies the ground and first floors and has a large balcony with an outdoor dining table. The living room contains a sofa, dining table and flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, kettle, moka coffee maker, utensils, dishes and cutlery.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has one single bed. Both bathrooms have a shower enclosure, washbasin and toilet.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps, a washing machine, an advertised washer/dryer, iron, drying rack, hairdryer, bed linen and hot water. There is a private entrance, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector. One assigned courtyard parking space is included free of charge.

The surrounding area has walking and cycling trails, pizzerias, bars, restaurants and shops. Santa Maria del Focallo Beach has free public areas as well as equipped beach clubs; Ciriga Beach is nearby. A market with a bar and tobacconist is on Viale Kennedy. Pozzallo is 10–15 km away and Marzamemi is 16 km away. Comiso Airport is 70 km away and Catania Airport is 115 km away.
