Guest registration and payment of the tourist tax are mandatory before access instructions can be released. Instructions for registering documents through the Guest Portal and paying the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Self check-in is provided, with remote assistance available until 23:30. Heating and air-conditioning use must comply with Italian regulations: average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C in summer or above 19°C in winter; heating periods and daily operating hours depend on the climatic zone. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
There is a step before entering the home. The sun terrace is reached by external stairs. The outdoor shower supplies cold water only. A car is recommended for reaching the home and exploring the area; beaches are a few minutes away by car.
