The house

The home has a living room with a dining table, sofa and Smart TV, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchenette includes a gas hob, refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, microwave, moka pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, dishes and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and wardrobe; Bedroom 2 has clothing storage. The bathroom has a shower enclosure, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Outside, there is a covered veranda with a dining table, a private courtyard with a barbecue and cold-water outdoor shower, and a sea-view sun terrace reached by external stairs. The terrace has a parasol, sun loungers, a small table and outdoor chairs. A balcony is also available.

Heating and air-conditioning splits serve the living room and bedrooms. Pocket Wi-Fi has a maximum allowance of 400 GB per month. A washing machine is in the bathroom anteroom; an iron, ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are provided. Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector. Reserved uncovered parking in front of the house has enough space for two vehicles.

Torre dei Corsari is in the Arbus area of southwestern Sardinia, approximately 39 km from Oristano. Beaches are a few minutes away by car. Cagliari Airport is 95 km away, Cagliari railway station 98 km and Oristano railway station 60 km.
