House rules
Guest Portal document registration is mandatory before receiving access instructions. Instructions for registration are sent seven days before arrival. Air-conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulations: average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C in summer or above 19°C in winter. Turin's climate-zone schedule permits heating for 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
The Politecnico is less than 2 km away. Public transport connects the apartment with the historic centre. There are stairs at the entrance and no elevator. Free street parking is not guaranteed.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at guesthost.house.
