The house

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen double bed, a desk and wardrobe storage. The living area has a relaxation corner, a double sofa bed and a TV. The bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, shower enclosure and hairdryer. Bed linen and essentials are provided.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, Lavazza pod coffee machine, moka pot, cookware, dishes and cutlery. Facilities include free unlimited Wi-Fi, three air-conditioning split units, heating, a washer-dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The Politecnico is less than 2 km away, and public transport connects the apartment with the historic centre. Free street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. There are stairs at the entrance and no elevator.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Document registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Remote assistance for automated check-in is available until 23:30.
