House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. The decorative living-room fireplace must not be used. Pool hours are 08:30–20:00 during the June 15–September 30 season. Mandatory online guest registration must be completed before access instructions are released. Instructions for registering identity documents and paying the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Self check-in uses an on-site keybox at no charge. Telephone assistance is available until 23:00. Check-in is 15:00–23:00; check-out is by 10:00. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation up to seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
A step leads into the apartment and another into the garden; the shower enclosure is raised. A car is recommended for reaching the property and exploring the area. Free parking outside the property is not guaranteed. Siena railway station is a 25-minute drive away and Florence Santa Maria Novella station is approximately a 1-hour-30-minute drive away.
