The house

The apartment occupies the ground floor of a three-storey building and is for guests’ exclusive use. It has an independent entrance, a living room, kitchenette, one double bedroom and one bathroom. The living room includes a sofa, armchairs, a 25-inch television with Sky, a bookcase and a dining table with chairs. Its decorative fireplace cannot be used. The bedroom has bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The kitchenette has a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, wine glasses and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, basin, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Outside there is a dining area with a table, chairs and barbecue. The shared pool has a surrounding garden, sun loungers and parasols; it opens from June 15 to September 30, from 08:30 to 20:00.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, two fans, mosquito screens, an iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes rail, alarm clock and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, hot water, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. A cot and highchair are available on request, subject to availability.

The apartment is in the Tuscan Chianti hills between Siena and Florence, with wineries nearby. Castello di Brolio is an 11-minute drive away, Pieve di Spaltenna 16 minutes, Vertine 18 minutes, Badia a Coltibuono 24 minutes and Siena 32 minutes. A car is recommended. Free parking outside the property is not guaranteed.
