House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests; standard occupancy is two. Guest Portal registration is mandatory to receive access instructions and enter the apartment. Instructions for registering documents and paying the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in uses automated access, with remote check-in assistance available until 23:00. Heating and cooling must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C. For climate zone E, heating operation is limited to 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator but is not suitable for guests with disabilities. The shower enclosure is raised. Autodromo Nazionale di Monza is an eight-minute walk away, and Monza Park is a short walk away. Public-transport journey times are 17 minutes to Reggia di Monza, 25 minutes to Palazzo dell'Arengario, 27 minutes to Monza Cathedral and 54 minutes to Milan Central station. Bus z221 connects Monza station to the BIASSONO Cesana e Villa/S.Andrea stop, 300 metres from the apartment; the journey from Monza station takes about 25 minutes. Driving is the recommended way to arrive from Milan Linate Airport, approximately 33 minutes over 26 km.
