The house

The apartment occupies the second floor of a modern building with an elevator and has a balcony. It is not suitable for guests with disabilities. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe; the living room has a double sofa bed, dining table and flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

The kitchenette includes a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, capsule coffee machine, flute glasses and cooking utensils. Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with vents in every room, independent heating, mosquito screens, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, hot water, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. A private garage is available in the basement.

Monza Park is a short walk away. Monza city centre, San Gerardo Hospital and the local University of Milano-Bicocca departments are accessible from the area. Monza station has frequent rail connections to Milan. The circuit is eight minutes away on foot; Formula 1 cars can be heard during the Grand Prix.

Check-in uses automated access. Registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Instructions for document registration and tourist-tax payment are sent seven days before arrival; remote assistance with automated check-in is available until 23:00.
