House rules
Check-in after midnight is not permitted, even for an additional payment. Late check-in requires a cash supplement on arrival; arrivals from 23:00 to midnight cost EUR 30. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to other arrivals and departures and can only be confirmed the day before arrival. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival; registration is required for Italian guest-reporting procedures. Incorrect waste disposal incurs a € 150 penalty; disposal instructions are provided at check-in. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian temperature and seasonal operating restrictions. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The mezzanine bedroom has no door and is reached by internal stairs; take care when travelling with children. There is one step at the apartment entrance and no elevator. A parking space is not included. Paid blue-line street parking is not guaranteed; paid parking at Millennium on Via Napoli is a two-minute walk away. Giuffrida metro station is a three-minute walk from the apartment. From Catania Central Station, walk three minutes to Giovanni XXIII metro station and take the metro to Giuffrida. From Catania Airport, take bus 538 to Tempio Faro Biscari Est, then bus 628R to Central Station and continue by metro.
