The house

The apartment is exclusively for guests, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. The first level contains a living room with a double sofa bed, television, dining table, wardrobe and split air conditioning; an equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave and cooking utensils; and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

The upper mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and chest of drawers. It has no door and is reached by internal stairs. There is one step at the apartment entrance.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system heating and air conditioning, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are available in the surrounding neighbourhood. Via Etnea and Catania’s historic centre are accessible from the area. Giuffrida metro station is a three-minute walk away.

Standard check-in ends at 21:00. Late arrival requires a cash supplement, and check-in after midnight is not possible. Early check-in and late checkout depend on other arrivals and departures and can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
