Online document registration and tourist-tax payment are mandatory before receiving entry instructions and accessing the apartment. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. The tourist tax is EUR 2.50 for the first five nights. Entry is permitted only from 15:00. Optional assisted check-in between 15:00 and 21:00 costs EUR 15, payable in cash on arrival. A cot and high chair are available on request for an additional charge. Heating and air-conditioning operation must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C; winter weighted-average indoor temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The stated heating schedule for Padova climate zone E is up to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Under the non-refundable rate, cancellation, booking changes and no-shows receive no refund. Under the standard rate, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, booking changes and no-shows receive no refund.

Getting there

There is a step at the entrance and no elevator. Padova Hospital is 500 m away and the Basilica of Saint Anthony is 900 m away, reachable on foot. The historic centre is 1.5 km away on foot or about 10 minutes by bus, with lines 13 and 16 serving the area. Gattamelata car park is 400 m away; nearby street parking is not guaranteed. From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take bus E015-V from Tessera Aeroporto to Padova Autostazione, then E071 to Padova Busonera.
