The house

The combined living and sleeping area has one double bed, a TV with cable channels, a counter with two stools and a clothes rack. The kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils and wine glasses. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

A shared garden has bicycle racks. Unlimited Wi-Fi, heating, one air-conditioning split at the apartment entrance, bed linen, towels, hot water, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and a hairdryer are provided. A cot and high chair can be requested for an additional charge.

The building has been recently renovated and has no elevator. There is a step at the apartment entrance. Padova Hospital is 500 m away and the Basilica of Saint Anthony is 900 m away, both reachable on foot. The historic centre is 1.5 km away on foot or about 10 minutes by bus; lines 13 and 16 serve the area. Venice can be reached in an advertised 20-minute train journey.

Self check-in is available from 15:00 after mandatory online registration and payment of the tourist tax. Optional assisted check-in is available between 15:00 and 21:00 for EUR 15, payable in cash on arrival. Check-out is at 10:00.
