Complete guest registration and pay the mandatory tourist tax before receiving access instructions. Instructions for this process are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Remote self check-in assistance is available until 23:30. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: average summer indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. In Livorno climate zone D, heating is permitted for 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. For non-refundable bookings, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building without a lift and is not suitable for guests with disabilities. Viale Italia and the seafront are 1.6 km away. Public street parking is not guaranteed. From Pisa Airport, take PISAMOVER to Pisa Centrale, a regional train to Livorno Centrale, then bus N8 from Stazione Centrale B to V. Montebello Villa Tirrena, three minutes on foot from the apartment. Alternatively, bus 1+ from Stazione Centrale A to Orlando leaves an eight-minute walk.
