The house

The apartment is exclusively for guests, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. The living room has a double sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV and split air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

The kitchenette has a gas hob, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, oven, air fryer, cooking utensils, wine glasses and a dining table. It opens onto a private patio furnished with a table, chairs and parasol. Air conditioning is limited to the kitchen and bedroom. Other facilities include independent heating, mosquito screens, pocket Wi-Fi with a 320 GB data allowance, a washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, hot water and cable TV are also provided; a washer/dryer is included in the amenities.

Viale Italia and the seafront are 1.6 km away. Parco Mimbelli is a nine-minute walk, Terrazza Mascagni a 19-minute walk and the Naval Academy a 21-minute walk. The city centre is about 23 minutes away by bus, with a stop 550 m away. Central Market and Fortezza Nuova are each about 17 minutes away by public transport.

Arrival is by self check-in. Registration and payment of the tourist tax are required before access instructions are released. Remote assistance for self check-in problems is available until 23:30.
