Instructions for guest-document registration through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival for mandatory Italian guest reporting. Air-conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulations: average summer indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and weighted average winter temperature must not exceed 19°C. Milan’s climate-zone schedule permits heating for 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
Internal stairs connect the kitchen to the mezzanine bedroom; take care when traveling with small children. The bedroom has no separating doors or acoustic isolation. The apartment is on the ground floor of a building without an elevator. Parking is not included; nearby paid parking includes Autorimessa Fogazzaro, a three-minute walk away. Linate Airport is 6 km away, approximately 15 minutes by car or taxi, or approximately 30 minutes by bus 168 via Stazione Forlanini and tram 27. Malpensa Airport is 68.3 km away, approximately 56 minutes by car or taxi, or about one hour by Malpensa Express to Milano Bovisa and regional train to Dateo. Milano Centrale can be reached in under 30 minutes using bus 60 from Via Vetruvio to Via Cadore Corso Ventidue Marzo.
