The ground-floor apartment occupies a building without an elevator. The living room has a sofa bed, dining table, armchairs and TV. An open-plan kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka pot, toaster, cooking utensils and wine glasses.
The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and desk. It is reached by internal stairs from the kitchen and has no separating doors or acoustic isolation from the other spaces. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, a portable Pinguino air conditioner, portable fans, a washing machine, wardrobe, chest of drawers, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
